What we hold —
and just as
usefully, what we don't.

Certification pages in this industry are usually a wall of logos, some of which mean very little. This one is a list, with a second list underneath of things we are frequently asked for and do not have.

What we hold

Registrations and records we can produce on request.

Since 2018

ISPM-15 heat treatment registration

Registered since 2018 with a facility number, authorised to apply the IPPC wheat mark with the HT treatment code. Batch records retained and issued with shipment paperwork.

Calibrated

Certified weighbridge

Inbound and outbound weights taken on a certified scale, calibrated on schedule. Every weight ticket we issue is traceable to a calibration record.

Current

Commercial general liability & auto

Current certificates of insurance for yard operations, on-site crews and our own fleet. Named-insured endorsements for customer sites on request.

Monthly

Diversion documentation

Monthly reconciliation of material in against material out, which is the evidentiary basis of the zero-landfill claim. Available quarterly to program customers.

Documented

Site safety programme

Documented yard and on-site procedures, PPE standards, induction records and incident reporting. We work to customer site rules where they are stricter than ours.

On request

Untreated feedstock attestation

For mulch and bedding buyers who need to know what the wood was: a written attestation of feedstock segregation, with batch analysis on request.

What we do not hold

The honest column.

These come up in tenders. Rather than let you discover it at the award stage, here they are.

  • FSC or PEFC chain of custody. Recovered pallet wood has no verifiable forest origin, so certified chain of custody is not meaningful for reclaimed stock. For new builds we can source certified lumber on request, at a premium.
  • EPAL licence. We supply Euro-footprint platforms and can source licensed EPAL, but we are not a licensed EPAL producer or repairer and will not overstamp one.
  • ISO 14001. We run the practices; we have not paid for the certificate. If your procurement requires it, say so early.
  • Third-party verified carbon figure. Our numbers are our own, with the method published. We would rather be transparent than certified-but-opaque.
  • Laboratory load certification. We specify builds against a load case and state the design basis; a published certified rating is a laboratory exercise we do not perform in house.
Next step

Let's get wood moving

Whether you have 40 broken pallets behind the building or need 4,000 a month, the next step is the same: tell us the footprint and the frequency.
