Four acres,
one inbox,
no phone.

We are a yard crew, not a call centre. A telephone ringing in a building full of forklifts gets ignored, so we never installed one. Email and the form below reach a named person and are answered within one business day — usually within two hours during yard hours.

Every field here feeds the same place: a named person in the Richmond yard, not an automated queue.

Letters only — no numbers.

As it appears on your paperwork.

A real inbox you read — throwaway addresses are rejected.

US or Canada only. Format: (###) ###-#### — it formats as you type.

Inside the shed at Ingram Ave: graded pallet stacks on a concrete floor beside an open dock door, racking and wrapped loads behind.

Getting a useful answer quickly

Six things that make our reply better.

  • A photo. One wide shot of your pallet pile or product stack beats three paragraphs.
  • Footprint, even approximately. '48 by 40 ish' is genuinely useful.
  • How many, and how often. A one-time load and a weekly release are different businesses.
  • Your postcode, so we know whether our own fleet reaches you.
  • Whether it is going abroad — that changes everything about treatment.
  • What went wrong last time, if something did. We would rather hear it early.
