The accessory catalogue.
Hinged pallet collars
Four-panel wooden collars that turn a flat platform into a stackable bin. Fold flat when empty, stack vertically to any height, and take the place of a gaylord box at a fraction of the waste.
Plywood lids & top caps
A flat cap that protects the top carton layer and gives a stable surface for the next unit load. The quiet fix for crushed top cases.
Slip sheets
Thin fibre or plastic sheets used instead of a pallet with push-pull attachments. Saves weight and cube on export containers.
Two-way & three-way skids
No bottom deck, so they nest when empty and store in a fraction of the footprint. Good for static storage and return logistics.
Corner protectors & cleats
Edge boards that spread strap tension and stop banding cutting into cartons. Cheap, and the difference between a clean delivery and a claim.
Runners & bearers
Loose timber used under long goods, pipe, steel and lumber bundles. Cut to length from salvage stock, which is the cheapest way to buy them anywhere.
Blocking & dunnage
Loose bracing inside a trailer or container. Export loads need ISPM-15 treatment on this too, which a surprising number of shippers forget.
Pallet feet & blocks
Replacement blocks for block-pallet repair, and feet for custom bases built on the millwork bench.
A collar replaces a cardboard box you throw away every time.
A gaylord box lasts a handful of trips and then becomes recycling. A set of four hinged collars on a Grade B platform does the same job for years, folds flat between uses, and adjusts height by the layer. It is the single highest-return swap we recommend, and it is also the one most purchasing departments have never been shown.
Accessories, answered.
Do collars fit any pallet?
They fit the footprint they are built for. A 48×40 collar set will not sit square on a 48×48. We build to your footprint, including odd ones.
How high can I stack collars?
Mechanically, as high as your load stability and ceiling allow — four layers is common. The limit is almost always the product inside, not the collar.
Are your corner boards recycled?
The timber ones are cut from salvage boards. If you need moulded fibre or plastic profiles we will source them, but we will not pretend we made them.
Does dunnage need heat treatment for export?
Yes. Any solid wood packaging inside the shipment falls under ISPM-15, including loose blocking. It is the most common reason a compliant-looking load gets held.
Dimensions for everything in the catalogue.
Sizes, heights, stacking limits and the compliance notes that catch people out on export.
