Six roles, all of them in Richmond.
Pallet grader
The most important job here. Nine seconds per platform, thousands a day, and a judgement call every time. We train from scratch — nobody arrives knowing how to do this.
Repair bench technician
Board swaps, stringer plugs, plating and re-nailing to pattern. Pneumatic tooling and a band saw. Experience welcome, aptitude more so.
CDL Class A driver
Flatbed and dry van, regional, home most nights. Forklift certification provided if you do not have it.
Millwork / bench joiner
Planters, risers, cladding packs, bar fronts. The job for someone who likes making things out of wood with a history.
On-site crew lead
Running an embedded team inside a customer plant. Needs someone who can grade, repair and talk to a plant manager on the same morning.
Yard supervisor
Flow, safety, scale discipline and the sort line. The person who keeps four acres from becoming a maze.
- Above-market pay for the Richmond industrial sector, reviewed annually
- Full training from zero — grading is taught here, not hired in
- Health coverage, paid leave and boots
- Four-day weeks in the shed over the winter slow period
- Forklift and CDL certification paid for
- A yard where the owners are on site and know your name
- Turn up. The whole operation is a chain and a missing link is visible by nine in the morning.
- Care about the grade. Pushing a bad platform through costs a customer relationship we spent years building.
- Say when something is wrong — equipment, process, a decision, a person.
- Work safely around machinery that does not care about you.
